Refund Policy

Understanding our refund process and guidelines for service cancellations and payment returns.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refund can be initiated for cases where:

    1. The customer has requested to cancel a street turn order after the order has been accepted by MatchLog but before the same has been approved and accepted by the shipping carrier.
    2. MatchLog cancelled a street turn order of the customer before the order had been approved and accepted by the shipping carrier.
    3. The shipping carrier cancelled a street turn order of the customer.
  2. Non-Refundable Payments

    All payments against orders received on the platform and accepted by the shipping carriers are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
